A Local Family Farm.
A farm, not a brand.
Yellow Springs Provisions is a working family farm in Yellow Springs, Ohio. We live here and farm here. Every animal we sell was raised on this land. When we add animals, we buy only from a handful of grass-finished farms that share our regenerative approach, never from feedlots or commodity auctions. We know these pastures, we watch these animals every day, and we stand behind everything sold under our name.
-
Family Owned & Operated
We live where we farm, in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
-
Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished
Beef raised entirely on pasture. Chicken and turkey raised outdoors on fresh ground.
-
Planned Grazing
Deliberate cattle movement followed by enough rest for each paddock to recover.
-
Care Before Labels
No added hormones, no antibiotics, and veterinary treatment whenever an animal needs it.

Rooted in Yellow Springs.
Our Farm · Our Place
A family farm, shaped by a distinctive Ohio village: its mineral springs, its abolitionist roots, its old-growth glen, and the Little Miami watershed beneath us. Look for the old white barn and the new red one on your right as you leave Yellow Springs.
A Long View.
Build something worthy of the land and the name.
Our ambition is not just to sell premium meat. It is to build a farm you can visit, understand, and watch improve over time in a village that has been asking hard questions since 1852.

The warm spices in this rub belong to the kitchens of North Africa and the eastern Mediterranean, and they flatter grass-fed beef like nothing else.

Before You Come
This is a working farm. A few things to know before you come:
- Wait for a confirmed date and arrival time. We are usually out in the pastures, and we want to be able to meet you and show you around properly.
- Wear closed-toe shoes suitable for uneven ground.
- Leave pets at home unless specifically approved.
- Expect plans to change if weather or animal care requires it.
- Ask before entering pastures, barns, or livestock areas.
